Home cooked

Our home cooked food is sourced, where possible, from local suppliers and growers. Our two main essentials are Shipton Mill for our 00 flour to make the pizza bases (3 miles as the crow flies) and Birchwood Firewood & Charcoal for our fabulous kiln dried wood to cook with.

Our other fantastic suppliers and growers are the Forest Deli, Ambleside Market Garden, the Forest Larder, Market to Your Door, Camerons Quality Butchers, Kevins Butchers, Hanks Meat & Game, Severn & Wye Smokery, Plump Hill Farm, Jolter Press cider, Bespoke Brewery beer, Severn Cider apple juice & cider vinegar, Cabrito goats meat, Chase Farm ice cream, Oh My Goat gelato, Greenhill Coffeeshop brownies, Primrose Vale asparagus.

As a family business, my team and I (Granny and Grandpa) cook all week using our super special ingredients so that our pizza toppings are as fresh as possible
